emerged from our EntreBRAINeur Research Studies on entrepreneurship
commissioned by two government departments.

Was entrepreneurial success in business due to the specialised wiring of their brains for entrepreneurship-an entrepreneurial "Learning Fingerprint"?

Our research demonstrated that their entrepreneurial and innovative mindset was associated with brains wired for right brain hemisphere dominance.

This research led us to develop Whole Brain Strategies for successful enterprise based on Upstream Thinking around entrepreneurial leadership and balanced teams.

In the EntreBRAINeur Research we also identified the importance of the Process (left brain hemisphere dominant) mindset to complement the Entrepreneurial mindset. The wiring associated with strong Process thinking was diametrically opposite the Entrepreneurial brain. The correct mix of the two mindsets combined to form a ‘balanced team’. When the mindset that is adaptable to both left and right hemisphere wiring – the Enterprise mindset – is added to this mix, the balanced team becomes complete and is ready to become a high performing team.
