Exploring Entrepreneurial Learning preferences
Based on a study of Northern Ireland entrepreneurs, this book introduces a model for Entrepreneurial Learning Preferences.
EntreBRAINeur presents a model of entrepreneurial learning preference based on Right Brained dominance and Concrete Random thinking. This is mainly apparent as Non-conformity in the life and thinking of an entrepreneurial individual.
Crucially, this pattern of thinking is the polar opposite of what is valued in traditional educational provision and much of the public sector, which values and rewards conformity. Professor Terence Brannigan, Chairman of Tourism NI and former Chair of the CBI NI remarked:
‘This is the most exciting, unique and ground-breaking project that I have ever seen to do with the interface between business and education’.
