Why does the Department of Education and Schools Inspectorate need more right brain thinking?

This 20 minute video presents a challenge for educational policy makers, inspectors and implementors to examine their own role in the controversial area of 'educational underachievement'.

To place the fault at the doors of parents, pupils or schools is a diversion from the main problem. Whole brain analyses, solutions and implementations need to replace left hemisphere dominant approaches at the higher levels of policy and management.
